Shipping policy

jewelry is made to order and handmade in Miami, FL. Processing time for standard products is 2-8 business days. Custom orders and 14K gold orders require longer processing times, averaging 5-10 business days.

Regular shipping (2-5 business days) is free within the US. Express US shipping (2 days) varies by destination and can be viewed at checkout. International shipping rates depend on the destination and shipping speed—enter your delivery address at checkout to see rates. For international orders requiring delivery by a specific date, we recommend UPS, as USPS international shipments may experience delays due to customs and import requirements beyond our control. 

 

We use USPS or UPS for all return shipments, depending on your location. If your return or exchange qualifies for free return shipping (e.g., for damaged or defective items), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. For non-defective returns/exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs using a trackable service like USPS or UPS.

Product prices on our US site exclude UK, European, or other international taxes. International shipments may incur import duties, VAT, excise duty, consumption tax, or other levies, depending on your country. Customers are responsible for these fees, which are estimated at checkout using our duty and tax calculator for transparency.
